The end result of all that hard was Wayfinder, which we’re proud to share with you today.

With Wayfinder’s design studio, the process of personalizing your home is easier, faster, and way more fun. Now, you can select cabinets and finishes and view them in real time, all from the comfort of your home.

When you’ve made your selections and have a design you love, you can share it with our design team directly in Wayfinder. This allows for a seamless experience during your in-person design appointment. When you show up, you will have real-life samples of your chosen selections waiting for you. This combination of choosing finishes digitally and then getting to examine them in person gives you a more complete picture of what your home will look and feel like when it’s done.

In Wayfinder’s main navigation window, there are three key features that are designed to streamline the homebuying process: Your Way Home, Teams, and Documents.

Your Way Home

Your Way Home is a visual timeline that tracks the progress of your home’s construction. Your “path” is updated every time your home reaches a major milestone, allowing you to follow your home’s build from start to finish. In addition to this high-level overview, we also include descriptions and visuals for each phase of construction. From framing to cabinet installation, you always know what’s going on. This is your home, after all, and it’s a huge investment—you should never be in the dark.

Teams

For a project as big as building your dream home, we believe transparency and dedicated support from an expert team are crucial. In Wayfinder, you have access to every member of your Pahlisch Homes team in one spot, including your sales agent, design specialist, customer care representative, and more. With the ability to easily share questions, feedback, and concerns, Wayfinder’s teams page ensures you can get the support you need when you need it.

Documents

If there’s one relatively mundane word that sends a shudder down every homebuyer’s spine, it’s this: paperwork. To help make this otherwise clunky part of the process run more smoothly, we designed Wayfinder with a digital filing cabinet so you can organize and store all your important documents in one place. Instead of tracking down forgotten emails or managing a growing folder of paper files, all you have to do is log in to Wayfinder, go to Documents, and everything is right where you need it.

The real value of Wayfinder’s dashboard and main navigation features is that they provide a convenient, single source of information for the entirety of your homebuying journey. With an easy-to-use interface and the ability to log in to Wayfinder anywhere, anytime, you always have quick access to the information you need.

Save Your Favorite Homes With the Click of a Button

Still searching for your dream home? You’ll appreciate the ability to save your favorite homes in Wayfinder! When you find a Pahlisch home you love, all you have to do is click the heart icon and it will be waiting in your Wayfinder dashboard for future reference. And if one of your saved homes sells? Don’t worry! It will still show up in your dashboard as “sold.” That way, you can share it with our New Home Specialists and work with them to find a home that’s similar to the one you saved.

Being able to save homes is super helpful when you’re ready to buy a Pahlisch home. Having a record of all your saved homes—including your favorite features, like a particular kitchen layout or primary suite—helps our New Home Specialists to narrow down your choices and find the community and style of home that are just right for you.
