The Northwest has been our home and backdrop since we started in 1983, and we strive to improve the quality of life in the communities where we build. Our Pahlisch Cares community support means that we are continually invested in the success of these regions and the people who live there. Because we know that home extends beyond the four walls of your Pahlisch home. It’s also the community where you live, the people you interact with, and the surrounding area.
And our community support and commitment starts from day one by working with the city to build infrastructure and donating to local organizations we’re passionate about. We view each project as an investment in the local area and an opportunity to make a difference for generations to come.

Pahlisch Cares Application Guidelines
When we build a new home in Oregon and Washington, we take time to learn about the local community and those in need. We created our online community support application system so individuals and groups can connect with Pahlisch to request support. To be considered for funding, these proposals must meet specific guidelines and further our strategic goals and objectives.
Given the sheer volume of requests, we are unable to support each one that comes through. But we will review each case and respond to approved requests or those that we have an interest in but need further clarification.
