Medical/Dental Plans: After 30 days of employment, you can choose from one of our medical plans to fit you and your family’s needs. We also make a generous employer contribution toward employees enrolled in the Health Savings Account (HSA). Additionally, our dental plan offers great perks like orthodontics coverage for children.
Supplemental Plans: After 30 days of employment, you can choose to enroll yourself and your dependents in supplementary benefits like Medical and Dependent Care, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-Term Disability, life insurance, or accident, cancer, and hospital stay insurance.
Paid Leave: Pahlisch Homes embraces the work hard, play hard attitude of the Pacific Northwest. You have two weeks of paid vacation and start accruing additional vacation time and sick leave on your first day. Sick pay accrues at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, and there is a 90 day waiting period for paid leave use. Pahlisch observes nine paid holidays.
401(k) Savings Plan: Your future is important to us. After 30 days of employment, you can begin contributing to your 401(k) Plan. We also match up to 4% of your compensation after your first year and provide financial advisors so that you can plan for retirement.

Purchasing: The Pahlisch Purchasing Department is the driving force behind the products, contracts, and relationships that go into all Pahlisch new build homes. Purchasing team members are always finding new products and traders that improve company operations.
Accounting & Finance: This department serves all the Pahlisch family of brands in keeping financial records and improving the quality of business decisions. They provide accurate, timely, and interactive information in a way that all Pahlisch Homes team members can understand.
Sales & Marketing: The Sales & Marketing Department develops and promotes the overall customer experience at Pahlisch Homes. They protect and further the brand, use an innovative yet human approach, and serve as the face of the company through all customer touchpoints.
CAD: The CAD Department consists of drafting and design specialists who are an integral part of the company. Whether laying out lots for a new master-planned community or creating an innovative and award-winning house plan, these creative personalities embody Pahlisch’s core values daily.
Production: The Production team is where concepts, plans, strategies, hard work, and dreams become a reality. Production team members transform plan designs, working processes, and contracts, and budgets and schedules on each construction site. Their role of establishing a working rapport with Pahlisch trade partners is essential to the “Pahlisch Difference.”
Land Development: This team becomes familiar with each new plot of land––the topography and rock outcroppings, vegetation, and established trees––to preserve the area’s best qualities. We then incorporate these features into neighborhood design to reduce the impact of infrastructure and create a beautiful and lasting community of new build homes.
Operations & Administration: This team supports all Pahlisch Homes family of brands and exemplifies company values daily. Through useful resources, innovative technology, and quality administration, they motivate and encourage excellent company culture. The Operations & Administration Department is the go-to team for anything and everything Pahlisch Homes.
Customer Care: Our Customer Care Department is responsible for providing excellent and continuing customer service to our homeowners. This team’s responsiveness, empathy, and efficient service creates loyal customers for many years to come.
Human Resources: The HR Department is a dedicated and dependable group of professionals. They are responsible for recruiting, compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, and maintaining Pahlisch’s core values. They are a trusted resource to all departments.
