PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy is for Wayfinder by Pahlisch Homes, (hereinafter “Wayfinder”, “we”, or “us”) Customers, Members and Affiliates as defined in the Terms of Use document, discloses the privacy practices for Wayfinder’s websites and domains.

Our mission is to build users’ trust and confidence on the Internet and Social Networks by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because this service wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING

We utilize your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website and services. Through customer surveys, subscriptions, and newsletter registration, our site may request users to give us contact information (such as their name, phone number, e-mail address). The contact information is used to notify users of new services and content, as well as for surveys and newsletters. Our site may use an order form for customers to subscribe to our for-pay services, affiliate and partner marketing programs.

We securely collect contact information (like e-mail address). Contact information is used to get in touch with the subscribers when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future communications; see the choice/opt-out section below. Specifically in connection with fulfillment of our services, we may share your contact information with Wayfinder affiliated partners at which you may have been referred to this website for purchasing, viewing and marketing.

Customers and/or Members (also referred to in this document as subscribers or visitors) of the Wayfinder Network include Member accounts involved in advertising. Information collected includes personally identifiable information that is necessary to conduct business, such as name, phone number, address, and email address. Phone numbers may be used to contact Members for inquiry purposes. All Member information is collected, modified (as needed) and stored in a password protected environment. This information is used for service, document delivery, signatory processing and requirements, media delivery, and contact purposes. We will not sell, share (except as provided for herein) or rent this information to non-Wayfinder entities. All Member information collection is explicit, voluntary, and may be acquired or sent by Wayfinder via the internet or third party API. Information acquired through the Internet or a third party API such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest or any other type of current network or new emerging network or service is accepted by the end user API and/or manually entered by Wayfinder, Member or Customer.

“Cookies” are files (e.g. flash browser objects or http header) that are stored on your web-enabled client (such as your web browser). There are many misconceptions about Cookies, some of which we will try to address in this policy. Cookies cannot erase your hard drive or otherwise damage your computer and do not tell us an e-mail address or any other personally Identifiable Information (PII). Wayfinder does not and cannot use Cookies or web beacons to retrieve PII from your computer. Cookies are used to improve the experience web users have when they see web advertisements. When a consumer responds to or views an Internet advertisement served by Wayfinder (such as through third-party Web sites or email solicitation) or visits a Wayfinder Network site, we send a Cookie and/or gif file to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the end user’s Internet browser. One function of these Cookies is to provide Wayfinder with information for the purpose of paying third-parties commissions when an Internet user clicks on a link, or makes a purchase on a Member Web site or through a Member produced banner or link. If the Internet user re-visits the Member’s site, banner or link, Wayfinder is able to continue to track the user’s activities (excluding PII) on the Member’s site and reward the referred user. We may use Cookies to estimate the total reach of an advertising campaign, as well as frequency of display. This allows Members to determine with greater accuracy the composition of the audience they reach. Cookies may also be used to control the delivery of a series of advertisements to a web browser, and to limit the number of times a web browser receives any one advertisement. We also may use Internet browsing and online purchase data associated with an anonymous identifier to develop a predictive statistical user profile of the end user’s needs and interests. We reserve the right to retain all ad delivery and reporting data as long as may be reasonably necessary for accounting and audit purposes. Cookies are also used to simplify Member login and to facilitate secure navigation through the password protected areas of the website. Cookies may also be used to optimize and personalize the member’s experience and allow Wayfinder to monitor log ins and site traffic patterns. Members who choose to reject all cookies will have difficulty navigating the password protected areas of the website.

We may record the IP address of members at each login, and this information is part of a secure database and is password protected.

Information Sharing

Member information is not shared with any third party outside Wayfinder, except with your consent or as expressly provided for herein or for that necessary to conduct business such as paying a Member or as required by law. Once an affiliation is established, the security of Member information is crucial to our success in the highly competitive field of online advertising and marketing.
