We at Pahlisch Homes are excited to welcome and introduce New Home Specialists, the latest addition to our team of dedicated professionals. These New Home Specialists are an extension of our on-site community agent teams. They have a wealth of knowledge on every community we are currently building and are eager to learn more about each homebuyer and their unique journey into a new home.  

How Can They Help?

New Home Specialists are available to answer questions and provide clarity regarding different aspects of Pahlisch homes and communities. These specialists are educated on details surrounding our homes, including floor plans, community plans, and the timing of when new homes may become available for sale. 

New Home Specialists are available seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to provide a convenient and reliable resource for those interested in a future Pahlisch home. After getting in touch with our New Home Specialists, they’ll be able to provide you with updates on progress within your desired community.

When you’re ready, a New Home Specialist can schedule your appointment with an on-site sales agent for more personalized attention, including a private tour of Pahlisch homes or video meetings for customers looking to relocate to the area. 

New Home Specialists are also an excellent asset for Real Estate Brokers looking to gain fast information for a client or to learn more about multiple communities at once. 

Meet your New Home Specialists:

Sarah is located in Bend, Oregon, has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business Management from Oregon State University, and is a Certified Online Sales Specialist. After earning her degree, Sarah worked as an Industrial Sales Representative for a raw ingredient supplier. This experience aided her in developing a greater understanding of relationship building and sales techniques. 

As a lover of the outdoors, Sarah enjoys skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and gardening. She also has a dog she describes as her “pride and joy,” Wile E. Coyote, whom she adopted from a rescue in Oklahoma while living in Texas. 

The role of New Home Specialist excites Sarah, as she loves being a part of building a community and helping homebuyers find the perfect place for their next chapter. Sarah is greatly looking forward to helping customers on their journey toward finding their ideal home and welcoming them to the Pahlisch family.

Jenn is located in Bend, Oregon, and is a Certified Professional Photographer with a degree in Integrated Media. She’s also a Certified Online Sales Specialist and has a Hubspot Certification in Sales and Marketing as an Agency Partner. Jenn’s journey in sales began with a position at Nordstrom and has since incorporated a high level of service into all of her subsequent sales positions.

Jenn has, until recently, been an avid traveler and looks forward to continuing to fill up the pages of her Passport. She is glad to live in the Pacific Northwest, where there are great things to do and places to explore. As a foster parent to dogs in the Bend area, Jenn currently has a German Shepherd mix named Dora keeping her company. However, she considers herself an “auntie to all dogs”, and has an extended pack of furry friends to love on happily. 

Jenn enjoys being a part of the growing Pahlisch family and knowing each homebuyer’s unique personality and story. Being present to help buyers find their perfect home brings Jenn nothing but joy.
