Pahlisch Homes has been named Best Home Builder in The Bulletin’s Best of Bend Community Choice Awards. There’s no judging panel for this one. Businesses get nominated, and Bend residents vote. We’ve won awards before, but being picked by our neighbors is a different feeling. 

What we love about Bend

Bend waves from across the street. It saves you a seat at the brewery. It doesn’t care if you got here in 1985 or last March, it just wants to know your dog’s name. Someone shows up with a shovel and stays until the whole street is done. A quick loop around the block with the dog turns into half an hour of catching up 

We’ve spent a long-time paying attention to how that happens, then building it on purpose. Pools, parks, paths, places to run into people. Not amenities on a brochure, but the reason you end up knowing your neighbors. We’re honored to know Bend thinks we got it right.
