PASCO, Wash., August 6, 2026 — As families across the Tri Cities prepare for a new school year, Pahlisch Homes is helping local students start the year with the supplies they need.

Pahlisch Homes will host the Quail Ridge School Supplies Drive on Tuesday, August 25, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Basecamp at Quail Ridge, located at 3200 Village Parkway in Richland. The event is free, open to the public, and no home purchase or registration is required.

During the event, Pahlisch Homes will distribute 100 free school supply kits to local students on a first come, first served basis. Supplies will be available for elementary, middle school, and high school students while quantities last.

“Preparing children for a new school year should be an exciting time, but we know the cost of school supplies can place additional pressure on families,” said Jason Myhre, Chief Communications Officer. “We want this event to make the start of the school year a little easier while giving our neighbors a fun place to gather. Bringing Community Home is about more than building houses. It is about showing up for the people and families who make a community feel like home.”

Families attending the event can also enjoy complimentary snow cones from Kona Ice, Pahlisch Homes giveaways, and an onsite raffle for a Skylight Calendar 2 Classic Bundle, featuring a 15-inch touchscreen family calendar and organizer.

The School Supplies Drive will be hosted at Basecamp, the community gathering space at Quail Ridge. The event provides families with an opportunity to receive needed supplies, enjoy an afternoon together, and experience one of the Tri Cities area’s newest neighborhoods.

“This event is for the entire Tri Cities community, not only the families who live at Quail Ridge,” said Shelby Stevens, Marketing Manager. “Whether someone needs school supplies, wants to bring the kids for a snow cone, or simply wants to connect with neighbors, everyone is welcome.”

Supply kits will be distributed while supplies last, with one kit available per student. No purchase, model home tour, or sales appointment is required to participate.
