The Everett is a two-level cottage with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a two-car rear-facing garage. The Arcadia 

The Arcadia is one of the largest cottage homes we offer at Pahlisch. At 2,010 square feet, the two-level floor plan includes all the high-end features and quality integrations of our single-family builds with the low-maintenance livability that makes cottage homes so appealing. The spacious front-of-home dining room, kitchen, and great room make the home feel open and inviting when you first enter the door. The Paisley
