Self-Guided Home Tours
Ultra-Convenient, Safe & Private

During a time when convenience is of the utmost importance, we know that it’s still important to get a true feel for your new Pahlisch home. So, at some Pahlisch Homes communities in Oregon and Washington, you can schedule a private, in-person, self-guided tour. This option is now available at Austin Heritage in Vancouver, Washington; Rosedale Parks and Butternut Creek in Hillsboro, Oregon; and Petrosa in Northeast Bend, Oregon.

Self-guided home tours make it easy to search for your future home in person, comfortably, and completely on your own. Consider it our way of giving you the chance to say, “It just felt like home when I walked in the door” with total contactless convenience.

Because the self-guided home tour is purely private, there is no agent and no other customers on the tour. It is truly just you and anyone else in your group at your chosen time. Tours are 30 minutes long, which we’ve found is the right amount of time to discover all that our homes have to offer.

You are welcome to move around the home at your own pace, take notes, and snap photos. FaceTime with your best friend and show them around, too. This is your time to explore! As always, our Pahlisch Homes representatives will be just a click or a call away to answer your questions and provide additional information.

Ready to take a look? Scheduling your tour is easy, just follow the directions below. To better fit into your busy schedule, we have extended tour times before and after regular business hours and through Saturday in some communities, so you can take a self-tour when it’s most convenient for you. Sorry, no pets are allowed. 

Should you decide you’d like to see a model home again or see a different one in the same community (where available), you are welcome to book another tour. All tours are first-come, first served.

Per public health guidelines, a facial covering is required to enter all model homes. Masks are available on site should you need one.

Agent-Guided Home Tours – Private
Physically Distanced & Expert-Led

When you’re ready to schedule an in-person tour, our New Home Specialists can reserve you a private time with one of our sales agents, where you tap into their specialized knowledge on many integral aspects of what could be your new chapter of life. That’s because each Pahlisch Homes sale agent is an expert on a particular Pahlisch community, the homes inside, and the areas and amenities nearby.

With their hands-on approach and extensive insight, this tour focused on just you and other members of your party. Additionally, in keeping with public health guidelines, six feet of physical distance will be maintained throughout the tour, and a facial covering is required to enter all model homes. Agents can provide each guest with a mask if needed.

We know touring a home is often an urge that strikes suddenly, such as after reading about one of our Pahlisch communities online! You might also have just worked out the details to make owning a new home a reality. Whatever the case, our in-person home tours, held during our open hours, are a great time to swing by.

If you like the idea of having an agent show you around a Pahlisch home, we would love to take you on a tour – and you don’t even have to be there! Whether you’re relocating from across the country, not able to travel to a model home, or would simply prefer to view from home, we are pleased to be your eyes and tour guide.

A Pahlisch Homes sales agent will physically go to the model home. Then, they’ll connect with you using your preferred video call or online meeting app, such as FaceTime or Zoom. The agent will talk as they walk around the space, showing you various features, finishes, rooms, and spaces.
